Here are the typical migration steps:
- The Initial Request & First Contact
- Our team will work with
you to determine needs and develop a custom migration strategy. A
dedicated migration agent is assigned to your account for the whole
migration process.
- Pre-Migration - The migration agent analyzes
your current environment and alerts you of any problem. The
team
provides a step-by-step guide that includes actions to be taken by you. At the end of this step, a migration schedule is set. It can be
an immediate or gradual migration, depending on the project size and
complexity.
- Migration - The team will now start migrating
your data. The migration specialist keeps you posted every step of the way,
and assists in executing tasks.
- Local Setup - The migration specialist assists
you in configuring the end user accesses and makes sure no data has been
lost.
- Onboarding - Your migration case is not closed
until you say so. Your dedicated migration expert will stay in contact with
you client until you’re fully satisfied with your experience and the
organization is up and running.
