International Product & Price Lists

International purchasing, shipping and freight forwarding services are available

  • Most of our major product lines are now manufactured for use worldwide - in any international location - but there are special versions for some countries and controls for some technology exports (e.g. encryption).

  • International warranties are available for some systems and transactions.

  • For locations normally supporting 220V power, we often recommend the equivalent lower cost US specification products that can handle both 110V and 220V power.

  • Here are some considerations for international  Standard Definition (SD) and High Definition (HD) videoconferencing systems:

    • LCD's/Plasma monitors. Current videoconferencing systems support international VGA/XGA or HDMI standards. North American (US & Canadian) systems should work worldwide with these modern LCD's/Plasma screens. 

    • Also available in many countries are multi-system LCD/plasma displays (supporting both PAL and NTSC),

    • Separate low cost NTSC/PAL converters to handle any format conversion from VCR, DVD's, etc.

    • Low cost local wall plug adapters, etc. are readily available to convert North American power cords.

    • HD videoconferencing systems work with VGA, HDMI, DVI or component video inputs/outputs, so international issues are not as relevant anymore for HD systems.

  • The US specification products have US warranties and service contracts. In the rare event that warranty repairs are needed, the products will need to be returned to the USA. Service calls for US products may be supported by support centers in the US only.

  • Software keys can be delivered electronically to speed delivery, reduce shipping/handling costs, and postpone or reduce any duties and taxes often required on software imports.

  • North American (US or Canadian) companies, or multi-national companies with a US or Canadian address, can place orders with us and get efficient shipping and delivery solutions for any product & service in any region of the world - for Polycom, Cisco TANDBERG & LifeSize products. The products can have either North American specifications and warranties,  . . . or specifications and warranties specific to your local regional requirements

  • Our products are not for resale, but if other conditions are met, they can be included in systems integration projects, e.g. with appropriate accessories, service programs and support. For some projects, e.g. for government contracts, a specific written pre-approved Teaming Agreement is required between the Prime Contractor and Sub-Contractors.

  • Our affiliate referral program may provide a good alternative to resale for some North American and International projects. You can refer end user customers with a North American address to us, and you earn significant and recurring fees.

  • Managed Service Programs are a good alternative to resale for some projects in the conferencing field. Companies can buy the equipment and provide videoconferencing services and support to one or more customers on an annual contract. At the end of the annual contract, the equipment can be sold to the customer, or the annual service and support contract can be renewed. A one or three year service contract is required with new videoconferencing systems from the major vendors - Cisco (now a service contract is optional), Polycom, LifeSize, etc.

  • We can prepare custom discount pricing quotations for end user companies and systems integration companies with North American (USA or Canada) operations, addresses or affiliates. Tell us the equipment you need and the destination and we can help determine the appropriate North American or International model and the various service and shipping options.

  • Freight, taxes and duties are additional considerations. If you have a FedEx, UPS or DHL account, then freight, taxes and duties can be charged to your account.   • For audio conferencing system, phones, and infrastructure networking systems, some special considerations and restrictions may apply in different countries because of their licensing required for importing/exporting telephone & infrastructure related items.
