How to Place International Orders?

Your new addresses that are set up by Bongo allow you to buy items online from US or EU retailers and have them shipped to your country & address. Once Bongo receives your items for processing, they will provide you with a Tracking Link for your shipment.

 Here are the steps:

1.     Register for free with Bongo and Shop US and EU Websites
2.     During Checkout, Enter your New Address as your Shipping Address
3.     Bongo will forward your purchases to your country & address

We can ship most products and services to international locations. The procedures below apply to US or Canadian companies, or multi-national companies with a US or Canadian address - and to end user or systems integration companies. The products are not for resale.

Here are the simple steps to set up their international orders, shipments and deliveries:
  1. Check the North American and Regional catalogs for products and services in various parts of the world. This determines the specific Products tailored for each Country & Service Availability for each Country. US specification product can also be delivered to any region - that's a fairly common option since the US product is generally lower priced. Cross regional shipping is also possible if you are sure the product specifications are suitable for the destination country and application.

  2. Set up the shipping terms. Delivery terms can be either DDP (Delivered Duty paid) or Ex-Works.  Add any fees for shipping/handling for each order.

  3. Here are the specific items that should be included in each international order to help speed up order processing:

Orders can be placed online or they can be be faxed or emailed directly to us. Fax to  801-760-0210 or emailed in PDF or TIF format to info@tzmc.us

Please ensure the following information is included with your international order for fast processing:

  1. Make your order to - TimeZone LLC - Contact Details
  2. Specify the correct part numbers & pricing for products your are ordering
  3. Specify the correct rates for any Service Items
  4. Add Sales Tax, if applicable  (for US and EU only)
  5. Specify payment terms - Wire Transfer, Credit Card, PayPal, etc.
  6. Specify the end user site details (a delivery address for all orders plus a contact, email, telephone & fax number for the order)
  7. Define the requested Ship Date
  8. Specify the correct delivery terms. We can arrange shipping or you can specify your Freight Forwarder address & phone contact details for Ex-Works orders. Include a full delivery address for DDP orders
  9. Include any accessories such as the Network Terminal Adapter, if not locally sourced.
  10. We will prepare a Commercial Invoice for Ex-Works shipments.
  11. Please provide a copies of any import  licenses required.
