Outlook Customer Manager I am setting up OCM for use within a group. I would prefer that other group members see the same info I see in the Outlook Desktop App - Contacts, Deals, Tasks, etc. Basically, they open OCM and can view all info shared with the group.
Office Community: 1 Answer | 2 Replies | 0 Users Found it helpful

Yes, you can share information in OCM. All shared items are placed into a shared group called Outlook Customer Manager and every member of that group will automatically see the shared items on their contacts, companies, and deals pages.

Note: When you share an item, any files attached to the item won't be shared. You can copy those files manually and share them with the rest of your sales team.
