Calendar Sync: https://www.pppindia.com/calendar-sync/index.html  appears to be the perfect replacement for the old Google sync tool for Outlook users. It’s a free app that is very easy to use and does exactly what you want. Enter your Google username and password and click Save Settings. Click Sign in to Google at the bottom to authorize it.

Now you can select the Google calendar to sync, if there is more than one, and whether Google or Outlook is the master calendar. A two-way sync by last modified date is possible and you can choose to delete duplicates in Outlook or Google. The Auto Sync tab enables you to sync automatically, but don’t sync too often because Google imposes limits.

Some people like Calendar Sync, while others says it causes problems.

SMS notifications for Google Calendar - https://support.google.com/calendar/answer/45351?hl=en

I want to send event's appointment (date and time) via SMS messages, I want the user to be able to click on it then Android will open the Calendar for them to add this event to their calendar.

For example, if I send the following address:

123 Main Street, New York, NY 10001 Android will display it as a link. If the user touched it, Android will take them to Google Maps.

I want to send a Title, Date and Time to the user, I want Android to display it as a link, if user touches it, Android show take them to Calendar app to add it to their calendar.

That should be possible from within the calendar app, where you can "invite" people to participate in an appointment. Have you tried that? Or is that approach for some reason not an option?

Set up a Repeating Alarm/Reminder . . . with added music

New as of 2018/02 - All you have to do is say “Hey Google, set an alarm for 6 AM that plays [insert favorite musician💃]” to the Assistant on Google Home (or your other Assistant-enabled speakers) and you can set an alarm and wake up to your favorite song, playlist or radio station.

How to create reminders on Google Home. Google Home's reminders are getting even better. Here's how to use location-based reminders. BY TAYLOR MARTIN MARCH 26, 2018 1:14 PM PDT - https://www.cnet.com/how-to/how-to-create-reminders-on-google-home/

To create a reminder from Google Home, there are a handful of commands you can use. Say something like:

"OK, Google, remind me to go for a run tomorrow at 8 a.m." "OK, Google, remind me to go to the grocery store every Sunday morning."

To manage your reminders with Google Home, say things like:

"OK, Google, what are my reminders?" "OK, Google, what are my reminders for tomorrow?" "OK, Google, what is my reminder to go for a run?" "OK, Google, delete all of my reminders." "OK, Google, delete my reminder to go the grocery store." "OK, Google, delete my reminders for tomorrow."

More recently, Google rolled out a new type of reminder for Google Home users: those based on a location.

You'll use the same basic construction to create any location-based reminder. Say something like, "OK, Google, remind me to [action] when I get to [location]." Here are some more specific examples:

"OK, Google, remind me to water the plants when I get home." "OK, Google, remind me to buy bread when I'm at the grocery store." "OK, Google, remind me to buy coffee beans while I'm at Starbucks." Google has made it so these location-based reminders work with four different categories of locations: specific street addresses, your predefined home and work addresses (for these, you'd just say "when I'm at home" or "while I'm at work"), generic stores (such as grocery store or coffee shop) and specific businesses (Walmart, Trader Joe's and so on).

And since your Google Home speakers stay at home, the notifications for all location-based reminders will appear on your phone when you reach the set location of the reminder. (For this to work on an iOS device, you'll need to have the Google Assistant app installed.)
